1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, registering for, or using TANI Restaurant (the “Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies incorporated by reference.

Use of this Platform constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM

TANI Restaurant is a digital platform that facilitates restaurant discovery, reservations, ordering, payments, promotions, and customer loyalty programs. TANI Restaurant does not own, operate, or control any restaurant listed on the Platform.

3. INDEPENDENT RESTAURANTS

All meals, services, pricing, availability, promotions, and customer experiences are provided by independent restaurants and are subject to their terms and operational decisions. TANI Restaurant does not guarantee food quality, service delivery, or fulfillment of restaurant-specific obligations.

4. ELIGIBILITY

Users must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or
  • Where under 18, access the Platform only with verifiable parental or guardian consent.

Restaurants using the Platform represent that they are duly registered businesses authorized to offer hospitality services.

5. PAYMENTS

Payments made through the Platform are processed by third-party payment service providers. TANI Restaurant does not store or process payment card details.

6. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS & PROFILES

Customers may create user profiles for reservations, order history, loyalty tracking, and participation in promotions. Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete.

7. LOYALTY PROGRAMS & PROMOTIONS

Loyalty programs, reward points, discounts, and promotions are subject to eligibility rules and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. Accumulated points do not constitute monetary value and are non-transferable.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TANI Restaurant disclaims liability for restaurant service failures, customer disputes, allergic reactions, order inaccuracies, or third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TANI Restaurant shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
